Custom deck tiles are pre-fabricated modular panels that sit on top of your existing balcony or rooftop surface without framing, demolition, or drilling. Each panel is built from real Ipe, Mangaris, or premium composite and engineered specifically for your space.

Think of them as large-format deck panels that transform a balcony in minutes while staying HOA-friendly, renter-friendly and waterproofing-friendly.

They’re strong, durable, reusable, and designed to give you a full deck feel with almost no construction.

Custom Sizing Also Available

We can fabricate non-square panels, perimeter pieces, step transitions, or notch cuts for posts and railing bases.

Pickup (Free): You may pick up your order from our Tarzana location. The exact address will be provided once fabrication is complete.

Delivery (Additional Cost): We can deliver anywhere in the Los Angeles area. Delivery pricing depends on order size, panel dimensions, and distance from Encino. A clear quote will be provided once we have your project details.

If needed, installation can be scheduled along with delivery.

Do I need a permit?
No. These are freestanding modular tiles.

Will this damage my waterproof deck?
No penetration into the membrane. The system floats above it.

Can you match an HOA-approved color?
Yes, especially with composite.

Can I remove or replace tiles later?

Yes. The panels can be lifted, relocated, or reconfigured.

Can you build curved edges or non-square layouts?
We can fabricate custom perimeter pieces to match nearly any shape.

What if my balcony is not perfectly square?
