Step into our Hillside Marvel project, where we transformed an ordinary hill into a backyard oasis. Starting from scratch, we crafted a multi-level deck that extends gracefully over the hill, offering unparalleled views. The infinity pool renovation, complete with a soothing Pebble Tech finish and light-colored precast pool coping, is surrounded by an Ipe wood deck that seamlessly merges with the pool's edge. A new staircase connects pool and deck levels, featuring an inviting Ipe wood bench and a breathtaking viewpoint landing area. The main deck, supported by a robust foundation system, extends elegantly over the hill and showcases the warmth of Ipe wood decking and a sleek stainless steel cable railing system, all designed to maximize the stunning Laurel Canyon mountain views. To complete the experience, we added an outdoor B.B.Q kitchen with water, gas, and electricity, and an artificial grass area with a tree planter box floating above the hill, creating a perfect contrast with the Ipe wood deck and landscaping.
